Café, some shopping, and a longer walk in the mall - glad Alexanderplatz has relatively well cleared off paths
Trying out Awake app (via No More Snoozing Alarms) hoping its “missions” will help me get up better, quicker - multiple alarms every morning have been failing most days for a long time now… Also trying out their main app, Structured - I haven’t yet found the right todo app - will this be the one?…
Watched: Before Midnight 🍿
Watched: Before Sunset (a month after watching Before Sunrise) 🍿
Managed to get to the library to renew my overdue books today, but realized there are yet more newly overdue needing attention…
Watched: The Phoenician Scheme 🍿
Back from a neighborhood café and a walk in the mist. It’s gonna be icy tonight - another evening on the couch, might watch a movie…
Watched: The Life of Chuck on Friday and completed on Saturday before bed - I haven’t read Stephen King in years, but I’d love to read the novella this film is based on🍿
Walked to the library to renew some books only to see that they’re closed for the weekend due to heater issues - at least I got out a bit in the daylight.
Had a lazy evening in from the cold catching up on my open web browser tabs. Looking forward to going out when it’s not as cold tomorrow, so we can get another Leseknochen (reading bone) pillow which has turned out to be one of the best recent purchases - it makes for quite comfortable reading. 📖
Just got back from the movies, saw: Silent Friend - as a tree lover I couldn’t resist this film revolving around a solitary old ginkgo - noticed the beautiful poster for it by the cinema on a walk in the old neighborhood last weekend and had to see it at once, a highly recommended art film 🍿
A listening session for pure, constant head bopping Fred again.. and I play music for each other…at my house! (youtube) 🎵
Started reading Less (Winner of the Pulitzer Prize) by Andrew Sean Greer a couple of months ago - I’m going to continue reading it tonight before bed and finish it soon 📚
After a couple years of being interested in the Micro.blog project, I finally started an account here. Looking forward to what I’ll make with it…
